We’re often contacted by customers who are interested in incorporating some of our reclaimed wood into their project and want to know how to proceed. Our showrooms located in Santa Barbara, Cabo San Lucas, and Austin, Texas are great destinations for customers in the area to stop in and see and feel samples of our extensive line of reclaimed wood products. At these locations, customers can speak with our knowledgeable representatives, request a quote, and order samples. Our main headquarters in Temecula, CA is where our entire inventory and mill resides. Our Temecula showroom is built like a house with many installations ranging from flooring to mantels and beams. If possible, we highly suggest anyone considering a beam package or custom order to make the visit and be able to see the materials in person. Our friendly and highly trained staff can help steer customers in the right direction, put together quotes, and provide you with samples. We welcome customers to come in and tour the yard to see their options.
As each batch of timbers differs from the next, and we often turn our inventory around, a tour of the yard often dictates the layout based on availability. When requested sizes, quantities, and appearances are unavailable, we can also look into sourcing it or discuss your alternatives.
For customers looking for smaller orders such as a few planks, beams or mantels, and would like the ability to hand select individual pieces, we welcome you to place an appointment at our Temecula location. This will give us the opportunity to make the materials accessible and make sure we have a few guys in the yard to help out if needed.
