RECLAIMED WOOD FLOORING
Vintage Timberworks manufactures reclaimed wood flooring from our inventory of reclaimed lumber and timber including Douglas fir, Hardwood Barn Board, and Chestnut. The flooring is available in a variety of appearances and sizes including wide plank flooring and long plank flooring products. We also stock recycled narrow plank strip flooring reclaimed from buildings in which it was previously installed. This typically includes reclaimed Red & White Oak, Maple, and Pecan flooring. The manufactured recycled wood flooring is available in both solid stock and engineered flooring while the strip flooring is only available in solid and is subject to availability. The Douglas fir, Hardwood Barn Board, and Chestnut flooring are manufactured in a variety of widths and lengths, including mixed width applications. The reclaimed strip flooring is usually limited in width, length, and species to stock on hand. The minimum order using the price extentions below for the Recycled Douglas Fir, Reclaimed Barn Wood, and Reclaimed Chestnut wood flooring is 500 SF. Smaller orders can be produced for an additional set-up charge or at the pricing below if the client can wait for the order to be run concurrent with another order. The minimum order for the Reclaimed Narrow Plank Wood Flooring is 200SF. All pricing is approximate and may vary according to quantities, widths, and lengths required. All flooring products are shipped unfinished. All installation and finishing is done by the client or the clients contractor and should be installed using the guidelines provided by the National Wood Flooring Association. Vintage can modify the appearance of many of the flooring products through bleaching and/or different sanding techniques prior to delivery at additional cost. Once you have decided on the species, appearance and sizes of your flooring planks, you can either call the office with your requirements or fill out the online quote form by clicking on the"Get Quote" icon adjacent to the species and appearance you prefer. RECYCLED DOUGLAS FIR FLOORING

RUSTIC FIR Get Quote   RUSTIC FIR RUSTIC FIR - This recycled product starts with a board which has the original rough brown patina and the original band or circular saw marks. The board is then sent through a special sander which lightly sands the surface while leaving the patina and character marks. It is then passed through a molder to create the tongue and groove/back relief. We can manufacture this in up to 8" widths in the traditional 3/4" solid plank and up to 10" widths in the engineered. CLEAR VERTICAL GRAIN FIR Get Quote   CLEAR VERTICAL GRAIN FIR CLEAR VERTICAL GRAIN FIR - Carefully selected, the planks in this product will be milled nearly free of character marks and knots. The grain pattern will display as an edge grain on the surface of the floor. This is the most durable configuration for flooring. The widths will usually be limited to a maximum of 6" with this product and up to 10' in length. Occasionally Vintage can manufacture this in up to 10" widths as inventory permits.This reclaimed wood floor product can be used in a more refined, contemporary setting. The boards (blanks) are then passed through a special saw creating a consistent circular sawn appearance which can then be uniformly stained and finished during your installation process. This product will have mixed grain (flat, rift, and vertical grain) and plenty of knots and character marks. It is available in a wide variety of widths and lengths. The board is then sent through a special sander which lightly sands the surface while leaving the patina and character marks. This reclaimed barn board product is available in 3-6" random width or specified width to a maximum of 6" and in lengths to 10'. Wider planks may be available in the engineered product. SURFACED BARN BOARD FLOORING Get Quote   SURFACED BARN BOARD FLOORING SURFACED BARN BOARD FLOORING - This classic wood floor starts with reclaimed oak live edge beams or barn siding planks which are de-nailed and sawn into flooring blanks. It is then passed through a molder to create the tongue and groove/back relief and planes the surface removing the old patina and saw marks while leaving some of the character. We can manufacture this in 3-6" random width or specified width to a maximum of 6" in the solid plank. Wider planks may be available in the engineered product. BARN BOARD PARQUET Get Quote   BARN BOARD PARQUET BARN BOARD PARQUET - Reclaimed parquet is created by cutting barn siding, (predominately white oak), into precise dimensions and gluing the pieces to a plywood backing. The product is then lightly sanded using our proprietary process. The end result is a parquet floor which is reminiscent of the antique European parquet floors complete with the inherent character and uneven worn appearance. And all of this with the performance and piece of mind you get with an engineered floor. The tiles are 3/4" thick with a 3/16" wear surface and net out at 38" square or approximately 10 SF each. RECLAIMED NARROW PLANK WOOD FLOORING

OAK STRIP FLOORING Get Quote   OAK STRIP FLOORING OAK STRIP FLOORING - This recycled flooring product is reclaimed from buildings and offices. It is usually 3/4" x 2-1/4" in dimension and is occasionally available in the 3-1/2" width. We process the recycled flooring pulling the nails and eliminating the pieces too damaged to use. Some of the pieces will have some damage to the T&G but is usable. The inventory is priced favorably and stock changes frequently. Hand sanding individual pieces prior to installation leaving the existing scratches and character marks on the wood is a great option. The reclaimed wood floor is then installed and finished. You can also install the reclaimed flooring "As is" and sand as if it were a new installation without character. Solid $3-5.00/SF OAK STRIP FLOORING

PECAN STRIP FLOORING Get Quote   PECAN STRIP FLOORING PECAN STRIP FLOORING - This recycled wood floor is reclaimed from buildings and offices. It is usually 3/4" x 2-1/4" in dimension but is sometimes available in the 3-1/2" width. There will be occasional damage to the T&G which you work around. We process the reclaimed wood floor pulling the nails and eliminating the pieces too damaged to use. A great looking option is to hand sand the individual pieces prior to installation leaving the existing scratches and character marks. The reclaimed wood floor is then installed and finished. Alternatively, you can install the reclaimed flooring "As is" and sand as if it were a new installation, eliminating the character. This is only in stock occasionally. MAPLE STRIP FLOORING Get Quote   MAPLE STRIP FLOORING MAPLE STRIP FLOORING - The source for this recycled wood floor is primarily gymnasiums. It is usually 3/4" x 2-1/4" in dimension but can be found in to 3-1/2" in width. We process the reclaimed flooring, pulling the nails and eliminating the pieces too damaged to use. Some of the pieces will have some damage to the T&G but is useable. The inventory is priced favorably and stock changes frequently. A great looking option is to hand sand the individual pieces prior to installation leaving the existing scratches and character marks. The wood floor is then installed and finished.
